Eurpoabrücke …
I went on the old Brenner pass road to get a nice picture of the famous “Europe Bridge”.
(You can not see the bridge when you are riding on top of it !)

While the workers was cutting down trees.
First mountain pass on this trip – and it is raining 🤬
Pre-mix gasoline for two stroke engines still available in Austria.
The most exciting thing about the hotel was the car elevator/lift to the parking garage.
But I managed to find a brewpub that also served flammkuchen, and that saved the day 👍
Forget about no speed limits – it is only on very limited sections today, and innreality non-existant because of the traffic density.
Expensive fuel and poor food, but still the fastest way to Italy !!!
I left home this morning at 05.15 to catch an early ferry to Germany. !
A long motorcycle trip from Denmark to Georgia and Armenia have been on my wish list for many years, but a 15.000 km journey through 14 countries can not be planned overnight.
So already last year, the dates for the trip (6 weeks) was blocked in the family calendar, and 6 month ago I started the detailed planning.
I want to see something interesting every day of the trip and not rely (entirely) on luck, so I have spend many hours this winter making the route pass all the places I want to see in Georgia, Armenia, Turkey, and Europe.
So the route is planned, but can/will be changed on the way when I discover new exciting places to visit.
But hey – you need to have a plan before you can change it 😉
This is most likely going to be the longest motorcycle trip I will ever do, and I’m happy and grateful to be able to go on an adventure like this one 🌍🏍️
The Yamaha Tenere 700 is serviced and have a fresh set of tyres installed. So I just need to load some luggage on the bike – then I’m ready to launch next monday 😎.
