Day 2 – The menu
As always on the Balkan, you have to order sidedishes seperately if you want anything else than meat.
The plate in the top of the picture contains uncooked dough rolled with freshly made white cheese. It's called "Struckli" and will probably never be an international hit.
But the sticks for the Kebab meat was hand cut, and that's a fair compensation.
