Day 2 – Sightseeing
A few km's from the hotel (Steep terrain – on foot), there's n area with many caves, subterrain rivers, and natural made bridges.

Day 2 – The bridge
According to my hand written map, this is a bridge – and I had to cross it to get back to the Hotel.
Day 2 – The menu
As always on the Balkan, you have to order sidedishes seperately if you want anything else than meat.
The plate in the top of the picture contains uncooked dough rolled with freshly made white cheese. It's called "Struckli" and will probably never be an international hit.
But the sticks for the Kebab meat was hand cut, and that's a fair compensation.
Day 2 – Decisions, decisions..
It says "Moski" on the other door – that should make it obvious to everyone…….
Day 3 – Postojna Caves
There's a small train taking the visitors 2 km into the mountain.
It takes 120 passengers, but we was only 3 guests and two guides, so I got an english speaking guide all to myself 🙂

8 degrees Celsius are quite fine when you're wearing your motorcycle gear (not including helmet)
Day 3 – Vrsic pass straight ahead
No pictures can make this view justice.
I was told that they got 11 meters of snow during the winter !!! But the pass should be open now.
I drove 30 km through the mountains to get to this spot. No straights above 200 meter before the next corner turned up. It doesn't get much better than this.
Day 3 – Road work
Road work in the mountains is not easy – you have to stop all traffic to be able to work for 20 minutes – let traffic through – work another 20 minutes etc….
