My daughter have been on motorcycle trips with me for almost 20 years.

Now she have a motorcycle license and our upcoming 4 day trip to Öland on Sweden is her first International motorcycle trip where she is riding a motorcycle herself.

We are both looking forward to explore Sweden on two bikes 👍🥳

Rostock Harbor …

The arrival in Rostock harbor marks the end of my long motorcycle trip to Georgia and Armenia. (on Danish side of the ferry crossing it is just a 30 minute ride home).

Here are some figures from the trip:

  • 6 weeks
  • 15 countries
  • 15600 kms
  • Fuel consumption 22 km/liter
  • Oil consumption 0,0 liter
  • One oil change in Tbilisi, Georgia
  • 2 cans of chain lube
  • Chain adjusted once
  • One set of rear brake pads exchanged.

The Yamaha Tenere 700 just went everywhere I pointed the front wheel, and I had absolutely no problems with the bike on the trip.

I’m quite worn out now and looking forward to go home to family and friends. But it have truly been a “lifetime experience trip” and I’m humble and grateful to have the opportunity to explore the world on my motorcycle ❤️😎🌍🏍️

Craft beer …

Actually these two Polish craft beers are the only picture i took in Poland this time.

I spend the last night on my 6 week motorcycle trip in Szczecin and had a lovely dinner with good Danish friends who work here 👍

EU border crossing …

The border between Slovakia and the Czech republic is just a road sign – and you can actually park your bike in two countries at the same time.

An amazing contrast to the slow and bureaucratic border crossings outside the EU.
