I’m starting my spring tour to the Pyrenees mountains in about a weeks time, and the overall idea is to ride as many passes as possible in the Pyrenees from ocean to ocean.
Spain is not exactly in my back yard, so I might as well search for more mountains on the trip down through Europe 🙂
Route planning is done and loaded to the GPS, and it looks like a +6000 km trip, abd two weeks on the road ☀️🏍️
It’s 7 degrees C and raining on/off, so it is going to be a cold day going south through Germany
In Alsace, France.
It was a long day riding through Germany, but arriving in one of the beautiful villages in Alsace makes it worth the trip 👍

South through France on country roads – much more fun than German Autobahn !
They still find remains of German and French soldiers more than 100 years after WW1 ended !!!

Not the highest passes, but it marks the start of the fun roads 🙂
