Just north of Skagen town is as far north as you can ride your motorcycle in Denmark.
From the top of one of the WW2 bunkers, I could see the northern tip where two oceans meet. (Walking out there takes 30 minutes each way, and it was too time consuming and hot for that)

You are allowed to ride/drive on the beach, but the switch between hard and soft sand is instant and dangerous, so caution is necessary – even with knobby tires.

It is getting dark, so I’m taking the highway home from here to avoid close contact with the wildlife in the dark.

I’m worn out by the many hours and kms, but also happy for the many beautiful sights and a great day on the road.
The small Kawasaki performed flawlessly all day, and does not apear tired or stressed at all 🏆🏍️
