Tubeless wheels arrived today …
I bought a set of wheels from a totalled bike (to get the hubs and brake discs) and shipped them to Bartfactory in italy for new Excel rims, stainless spokes, and the Bartubeless conversion.

With two steps so I can brake while standing up.
New garage charger required for the new battery.
Charger cable with connector permanently installed to the battery, so it is a one minute job to attach the charger when necessary.
Same size as the original lead/acid battery, but much stronger and 2,3 kg lighter !!!

Hinge for the fuel cap, so you can just flip it up instead of removing it.
Plugs for the swing arm shaft.
In the event of a slide, you will break a nylon screw instead of the lug on the fork leg.

With the new Puig wind screen, there was no longer sufficient room to insert and turn the key. so I had to modify the key to a lower profile.
The small aluminum bar is a press fit onto the two key parts, and the assembly is secured with epoxy glue.
Quite time consuming job, but a fun challenge 🙂
